STORE POLICY

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday.  Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your order is shipped and 5-10 working days for wig styling and customisation. Once a wig order has been placed, we do NOT accept cancellation under any circumstances. After that, delivery time within UK is 1-3 days. E.U is 3-up to 7 working days, and 3-15 business days internationally. 

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We try to offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on all orders.  However, due to sanitary nature of our products, you can return items within 14 days of receipt (as long as products have been unopened and unused. Wigs cannot be cancelled/returned under any circumstances unless in the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it if its unused and unopened less shipping fees. Exchange requests for damage items must be made within 14 days from the receipt of merchandise. If you wish to exchange your order, please email us at Trendymakeovers@icloud.com with the subject line “ORDER RETURN” and indicate your Order # in the contents of the message and we will send you a guideline on how to return the item.
